Konami delivering the JOINED-UP DIGITAL DREAM - PES 2009 team rotas updating at the end of Feb

pro-evolution-2009-team-updates-free-feb.jpgIt's always been the fantasy. The hazy, distant vision of a possible future - and Konami has finally MADE IT HAPPEN.

It's rolling out new team rotas for Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 at the end of Feb, which will update the game with all the player changes that have happened since the marginally disappointing football game released last Autumn. So whichever team mental TIMEBOMB Craig Bellamy is playing for this month will be accurately represented. See, dad? I do know about football.

It's only a little thing, but it's exactly why the online gaming dream is worth pursuing. Forget being sworn at by a 14-year-old in Halo 3 - little touches like this make that £5 a month worth paying. And better still, this team update will pop up for free. Well done, Konami. Gold star. Help yourself to a mini Mars bar from the fridge.
