Jesus. We're kind of a bit excited about the arrival of NXE tomorrow, which is good because that's as excited as it's possible for us to get these days.

Microsoft, however, is VERY EXCITED INDEED - so excited it's just claimed that the dash update is the most significant modern entertainment release since the colour television set. Here's the full, amazing quote MS has just issued to the games industry...

Come off it, Microsoft. It's not like you've just invented the Wii or chips or anything. It's just a colourful tosspot generator that'll give people something else to do while they're cooling down from angry Gears 2 sessions.

NXE is out tomorrow, hopefully, as Xbox Live seems to be struggling to stay up and operational at the moment, as millions of gamers start to get excited about having a new toy to play with.
