Jesus, it's come to this. We're doing updates about new kinds of shoes for pretend video game characters :(

According to Microsoft, new Avatar clothing will be released regularly, with packs - and groups of themed items - appearing every two weeks, so says an ad spotted on the Dashboard. So if you can't find something to wear that looks like the sort of thing you actually do wear, hold tight. An accurately stained GAP hoodie will be along shortly.

And see that Avatar up there? That's me. It's quite a good likeness. You probably don't know what I look like, but trust me - it's quite a bit like that. If you have an Avatar you'd like to share, mail me a photo and I'll do a reader gallery. Imagine how horrifying that could be!
