American TV advert for Lips contains SCENES OF EXTREME HORROR AND SICKNESS

It looks like Microsoft's tried to make an advert specifically meant to "go viral" on the internet thanks to its extreme oddness. If that was the intent, it's worked. Here we are writing up what is essentially a free advert for the karaoke game. We're so easy to manipulate.

So here are some lips, cut off a face, with legs on the bottom, walking through the rain to get to an Xbox 360-powered karaoke party. This video has gone so EXTREMELY VIRAL that even your dad's going to email it to you next week saying it's the funniest thing he's ever seen. He may even attempt a smiley face.

Where I come from, cutting people's lips off and throwing them in the gutter used to be a deadly threat, not a marketing technique aimed at capturing the attention of the 18-34 demographic. Hasn't the world changed?

Karaoke game Lips is out this Friday, the 21st.
