Nation set to go Xbox 360 MAD - Sainsbury's cuts price of Arcade bundle to £99

Sainsburys-xbox-360-99-uk.jpgWe've just got over the chaos of the rumoured price cut, the actual price cut, the initial sales spike and the final official data regarding the 200% sales spike - but now it is HAPPENING AGAIN.

Orange-hued toilet roll shifter Sainsbury's has, from today, reduced the Xbox 360 Arcade to a ludicrously cheap £99 across a select few of its stores. The regular Xbox 360, with its new 60GB hard drive, is also getting price AXED - down to £139.97 from £169.97.

The deal is not available online through its web delivery service, so you'll have to hunt around local shops if you fancy getting yourself a bargain.

Sainsbury's has also axed the price of a Wii, taking the novelty exercise toy for the elderly and infirm down to £149. It doesn't appear that PS3 is part of this promotion. Some things are beyond saving.
