How the New Xbox Experience works with Xbox.com

Here's a nice thing. The new Xbox 360 dash lets you queue up downloads on your PC via Xbox.com, downloads which will start the next time you turn on your Xbox 360. It will be the pinnacle of user-friendliness.

Starting from November 19, you'll be able to browse downloadable content, demos and themes on your PC, using a mouse, possibly even on work or school time, then have it all auto-arrive on your Xbox 360 in the evening. This is a BLEEDING EDGE coming together of technologies, only made possible thanks to how Microsoft owns everything.

There's even what Microsoft calls a "search" function, so you can type in "Halo" and see all the relevant Halo downloads right there before your eyes. It will be a million times better than laboriously scrolling through the blades. It is a beautiful synergy. Like Torvill & Dean.
