Microsoft's Christmas ad campaign revealed - casual gamers told to "Live Your Moment"

xbox-360-live_your_moment.jpgMicrosoft has revealed its biggest ever marketing push for Xbox 360 - more expensive than the launch of the console or the Halo 3 frenzy - and it's aimed at those "casual" gamers.

People who had their first ever taste of playing a video game last Saturday, at a party, when someone made them have a go on Rock Band, are the new target for Microsoft, with the first of the ads featuring the musical game and lots of happy people. People made happy from playing the game. That could be you. You could be that happy if you buy an Xbox! We know how advertising works.

An example of the sort of casual gamer-pleasing advert you're about the see everywhere can be found in video format here. It's OK. It could be significantly more embarrassing, put it that way.
