Burnout 3: Takedown to join Xbox originals soon

Small_Jump_2.jpgDespite the news that Xbox backwards compatibility is winding down, Burnout 3: Takedown's slated to appear on the Xbox originals list on January 14th, going for a reasonable 1200 Microsoft points.

Everyone's got a different favourite, but Burnout 3: Takedown was the highlight of the series for me, managing to pack in a huge number of excellent courses. The series took a slight downwards turn after that, with Burnout Revenge adding traffic checking (sorry, not a fan), and Burnout Dominator leaving fans with the distinct impression that Criterion were just going through the motions. Still, Burnout Paradise looks intriguing. Risky, but original and exactly the next-gen revitalisation that the series needed.
