Xbox owners are "shy, rich and passionate" says dating site

dating-survey.jpgThis is according to an absolutely ludicrous survey on gaming habits posted over at MSN. Supposedly designed for women to help them decide which man to latch onto, the piece throws out some staggeringly vague and sweeping assumptions about gamers like it's still 1996.

"What can his choice of gaming system tell you about him?"

Well, owning a Wii says you're a fun guy, not the usual fat gamer, funnily enough. Who would've thought that? PlayStation3 fans want to be "the first on the block to have things" and are rather wealthy (gold-digging WHORES take note), and Xbox 360?

The report rather suspiciously sums up Xbox 360 by saying "There is a wide variety of games available through the Xbox 360... so one may be better able to find games in common with a significant other" - which sounds like the Microsoft-owned site is just secretly promoting the company's machine.

Or has a decade of spam made us overly cynical of other people's motives?
