Sensible Soccer XBLA MIA - expected to be seen by the end of the year

sensible%20soccer.gifSeems that our hopes of Sensible Soccer hitting Xbox Live Arcade before the end of the month were misplaced. Codemasters are now simply stating that they expect the game to be released before the end of the year.

With the game missing a string of rumoured release dates since the height of the summer (if you could call the drab weather we've been suffering with a summer) it's difficult to come up with any solid reasons why the game has been consistently put back. Especially as it's not exactly the most graphically intensive game we've ever witnessed.

Maybe it's something to do with making sure that the online gaming is up to scratch before release? It would certainly explain a few things, and with a game that's going to rely so squarely on its multiplayer action, you couldn’t blame Codies for waiting until the game is absolutely solid as a rock. Or those old leather balls I used to play with back when I was a little 'un.
