Lost Odyssey - new shots of the Final Fantasy man's RPG

If you're one of those tedious people who always moans about there not being enough "Japanese RPGs" on today's consoles, this ought to shut you up until 2008 - a whole pile of screenshots of Blue Dragon-maker Mistwalker and Microsoft's upcoming epic Lost Odyssey.

Here's a nice one from the Hironobu Sakaguchi-made game to be getting on with, as we really like the way the site looks with these full-width images:

Very, very nice, and very, very, exactly what you'd expect an RPG from the Final Fantasy man to look like. There's a load more over at Strategy Informer, all looking a whole lot more "in game" than previous shots. Smashing, although with its release date still a worryingly vague "winter 2007," don't get too excited too soon. Those two fantasy-land kids have got "delayed until 2008" written all over their wide-eyed little faces.
