Argos already selling copies of Halo 3!

halo-3-argos.jpgAnd so begins the undignified scrum to be the first person on your Friends list to be seen playing Halo 3.

Vulgar gaming blog Destructoid has tracked down one UK buyer already, a man who, tonight, will be totally bombarded with poorly-written text messages asking "iz it n e gud?"

Of course it's any good, it's Halo 3. And it's not just a one off - a blogger here also managed to get a copy of Halo 3 from his local Argos, by reserving a copy online and selecting the "pick up at store" option. Then just going and getting it.

We'd imagine that phones are ringing off the hook down at Argos HQ right now, as Microsoft looks to LOCK DOWN the silly branches that have been flogging the game a full week earlier than they're supposed to.
