Xbox 360's heart TORN OUT by evil Spaniard
A post over on this Spanish forum shows off a quite sensational attempt at home Xbox 360 modding.
Some lunatic has, basically, ripped apart his poor machine and whacked two gigantic heavy duty PC fans on the main CPU to keep the thing cool and, hopefully, save the console from Red Ring meltdown. Obviously this involved cutting away a big lump of the box, making his Xbox 360 look like a 1950s American muscle console.
An LCD display on the top tells you what temperature the CPU's operating at, which, sadly, means this mod is for those very, very weird people who need to know what temperature their CPU is operating at.
Here's a simple rule of thumb - if it's working, the CPU is cool enough.

Well he doesnt have to worry about getting it repaired if it does go south on him.
They wont cover that ripped up box under the warranty.
