Sensible Soccer delayed until September

sensible%20soccer.gifThe much anticipated Xbox Live Arcade release of Codemaster’s superb Sensible Soccer that was expected to be relesed this week, has unfortunately slipped, and now has a provisional release date of September.

Though rumours were that the finished code was already with Microsoft for the stringent testing each XBLA title goes through before release, news on the official Codemasters forums is that the game is still undergoing in-house testing.

Sad news for those of us craving some online footie action, especially with the PES6 online model still essentially broken, and populated with uncompetitive types who constantly choose Brazil or Barcelona. Let’s hope that by the time Septembers out, we’ll be kicking some major bottom online.
