Rumours originating from Gamespot Korea allege that Ninja Gaiden 2 is to be first shown at this years Tokyo Game Show on the Xbox 360. The best news for Xbox 360 fans being, there’s absolutely zero mention of a PS3 version currently in the works too.

As the first full sequel to the hit on the original Xbox – the PS3 version was merely a remixed version of the original – no doubt many fans are going to be clamouring for information before its rumoured first public showing. But details are scarce, with only the host platform currently known.

Famed for its astonishingly high level of difficulty, Ninja Gaiden on the Xbox proved to be a big hit with gamers who were craving a hack-and-slash challenge. Receiving universally high review scores the world over, the only slight problem most had with the title was the slightly strange placement of the camera during hectic fights.
